well, howdie =)
it's finals time, which means study study study. it's gettin to crunch time because i have my econ final on thursday. That's my hardest one. After that, I have a stat final on Tuesday, then it will be play time for a WHOLE month!!

So, things have been good. I went to reviews yesterday. Me and j experimented and made a cool shrimp dinner, hehe. Iron chef with shrimp. I made mine azn style and he made his garlicky buttery. It was good =). And today was iron chef pork with jack, hehe. Man, we had a lot of pork so we made it 3 different ways. It was pretty creative. We have sundried tomato/balsamic vinegar pork, pork with apples, and honey-mustard pork. It was total YUM! hehe

So there was the daily scoop on food. Oh and I've found out that Barney's Gourmet Hamburgers rocks!! Ask me to take u there. Their curly fries with ranch dressing is really delicious and so our their shakes. It was by val's recommendation, hehe. I went there to eat with my parents last saturday. ok, i really need to get back to studyin! I think i will go to the candy store for my finals fix hehe. I miss those raspberries and blackberries =(.

less than a week and a half until a MONTH-long winter break!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am soo excited for Christmas because it's goin to be soo much fun. All of my mom's side is goin to be over so there is goin to be like over 20 ppl at my house.
But let me talk about Thanksgiving weekend =) It was a lot of fun.
My mommy was sick tho, so I wish she was better during the break.

Let me recap,
Wed: My dad picked me up and we went to check his audio store which was closed. I got lunch at taco bell and went home, took a nap, and had vietnamese food *yum yum* which i didnt have in a really long time. My brother came home and we had a nite snack at mcdonald's. I got a oreo mcflurry!

Thurs: I slept in, was awaken with a ham, cheese and mushroom omelet cooked by my parents =). My brother came home from his football game with his gf's relatives, and we had crab for lunch. Man, this blog is goin to be all about food, haha. Then my dad made the turkey, which was real good this year. He got this recipe online where u stuff apples in for flavoring. We had mashed potatoes and corn too and apple cider. Oh and I made pumpkin pie which we ate with cool whip.

Fri: Slept in, went to shops to look for the gifts my lil cousins wanted but they were already sold out! My bro then wanted his coat for his formal dinner on sat but he left them at davis. So we drove up. It took us FOUR hours!!!!!!! omg, it was long!! But i got to spend some quality time talkin with my bro and listened to christmas tunes in the car. So it was good =) I got to check out his apt too which is way bigger than mine and he pays soo little. Got back, ate viet food, chilled, got our christmas tree, then at nite, got another late nite snack at taco bell. Hehe, for some reason, i didnt mind all the fast food.

Sat: Slept in, decorated our christmas tree, ate leftovas for lunch, chilled, dinner at a thai restaurant with parents, mall where my mom bought me a peacoat =), starbucks with the core four =D. It was real nice meeting with them again. We just talked until starbucks closed, which we did before in the summer. We did a lot of catching up and it's good that things were the same and we still joked around and stuff. It was fun! A couple of more weeks and then i can hang out with them.

Sun: Keith picked me up and we went to church, lunch with parents, hung up the christmas lights, dinner and then went back to berk

So pretty good weekend. It was fun seeing my family and some friends too. Only a lil while and i get to see them all again!!!

So, this week's been good. Studied a lot, well, did a lot of homework. Yesterday, my dad had this business party at our house that i went to. The food was good. Then went back to royston and watched High Crimes, which was pretty good. That guy from Frequency is creepy. I liked him in the Count of Monte Cristo but he's creepy now, hehe.
I slept for 12 hrs!!! I think it was too much tho. It's not good wen u sleep to much cuz u get tired. But it was good tho =) I guess my body needed it. Tonite, me and val had our lil adventure finding somewhere to eat =) We walked around a bit, then decided we wanted to eat at Barney's. We bused there and got there at 9:55 where they close at 10. And they DIDNT let us in!!!! The doors were still open too! But oh well, we decided to get sandwiches at Andronico's. That market is "like a mall" according to val, hehe. They have real cool stuff there like all kinds of drinks and chips and stuff. I got a hot pastrami sandwich and some potato salad. I also got a milkshake at oscar's. Speakin of which, i want to get out of the freezer and have more of =). K, let's see if u can count how much food andrea had above. THis means she needs to get her big butt to the gym, hehe. Well, i did step aerobics and made of a fool out of myself, does that count?? hehe it was fun tho. so note to self: exercise more. Well, got to study til finals is over, so note to self: exercise during winter break =).

K, this update is REAL long. Congrats if u made it this far. Of course, i'm blogging because i'm dont want to do my homework, but ur not doin it either since ur reading this!!! So go study, i will soon ;)

Hello again!
So, yesterday i was pretty sad and a lil discouraged, a lil depressed. School was sucking and i miss my home =(. But I guess i'm better now. I just need to work harder! Still have to get my priorities in order even though I know what I should be doing. *sigh*

I had to do a 5-pg rough draft which is eventually going to be my final for my german class. Finished that yesterday night. Got a nice visit from Jack who brought us pizza and pasta. So, I got sidetracked for a couple hours. I feel that that draft is going to need some major revision, hehe.

I won't have much homework over the break, which is nice. I just have a problem set due on the wednesday I come back. So today, i went with dan, grace, jay, liz, and lorraine to play badminton. It was the first time I ever played badminton in my life or even watch it. It is pretty interesting. I was really terrible in the beginning and whiffed a lot. But it's not too bad, prolly have to go a couple times to get the hang of it more. Jack came over before and we made dinner. I messed up the rice majorly! Yeah, i'm stupid =P. But we made a hodge-podge of different foods. After badminton, i got boba, which i hadn't had in a long time. Then chilled in 108, where i found out the population of pleasant hill is around 33,000. I didn't know it was that small, but hey, u learn somethin new everyday =)

Ok, it's time to go to bed! Tomorrow, I go home, YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! and we get a 4 day weekend =)

SOOOO, haven't posted in a long time. Almost a month.
Things are going okay right now. I've done a lot of stuff. Fun stuff =) This weekend was really busy, fun and tiring.

Thursday: Lunch with Joyce, AACF LG, Big Freeze (where i got a pic with OSKI!!!) with Gin, Grace, Dan and Jason, we won 5-2 and it was lots of fun, then hung out with jay

Friday: Watched Harry Potter with Sternies (- Val) , went to AACF Soph Dinner, went to a play with Ant, grace came over, had second dinner, watched Return to Me, then slept

Saturday: Woke up early, made a Big Game breakfast, went to the BIG GAME WHICH ROCKED!!!! THE BEARS WON =)
They won 30-7 which is our room number that val pointed out. They tore down both goal posts. They lifted up Kyle Boller (kyle bollericious yum). I got lifted up to take a pic of him. I hope it turned out good. It was a lots of fun tho! First time in 8 yrs that we won. Jack came over and made us dinner. It was soo yummy!!!!! It was chicken and pasta but he added a touch of cilantro that made it very good =). At nite, went to Lynh's 21st bday party. It was fun. As u kno, at 21st parties, they drink, hehe. Came back and slept.

Sunday: Woke up at 7:45am, unheard of! Went to East Bay Baptist with heather, dan, grace, and jon. We heard Dr. Hovind speak on creationism vs. evolution. It was really good. Man, a lot of research was done and all that was found still points to God as creating EVERYTHING and that the Bible is ALL truth. It's so awesome. And ppl still don't believe that. My parents and bro came up to have lunch with me at daimo. Lotsa good food. I can't wait to go home! Havent been home in a while. I miss it =(. Since then, i've been havin fun with val as we try to do our homework.

WOW, im actually posting again!!
So what's been goin on in life. Well, midterms are over, basically. I only have one more in 2 weeks for econ and i really need to do good on it becuz i did horrible on the first one. I got my stat midterm today and i thot that i failed but i actually got above the mean. I was really, really surprised!
Life has been pretty good. Not too shabby. Today, after class, I met Meg, Ann, and Vicki at Tako Sushi. We ordered tons of yummy sushi. Afterwards, we went to sweethearts. It was really nice to see how ppl are doin and catchin up with them. I should do that much more often. It was very relaxin =). Then went for a quick run, had some yummy mac and cheese by heather, and then read 80 pages for german, yay.
Last week, what are some highlights? We had free week for small group. We had pizza and played cranium. It was fun. On Thursday, went to interpraise. On friday, j came for lunch and we ended up not playin tennis. We still need to play sometime. Then me, him, dan and grace went to see the halloween concert. It was really good. I think the Overtones and Noteworthy were soo good and funny. Then ate at fat slice and went back to 108, played taboo, where the boys totally beat us. They were real good. It was fun! Then decided to watch I am Sam at 4 in the mornin wasnt so good cuz i fell asleep. I already watched it tho so that was ok. Then on sat, my bro and nanette came up for lunch. We ate a joshuya's. Next, we went grocery shoppin at safeway. Val came too. We went to sweetheart's, got back to apt, ran, watched the giants game and then took a nap. The giants blew a 5-0 lead!!!!!! SO BAD. it was sad. I worked on my econ problem set and then went to nations with rich, dan, grace, and jay. On sunday, I woke up early to work on econ again, went to church at Living Water Fellowship which was real good, and then watched the giants game. =( SO SAD. AND i lost my bet! I have to buy dinner for j now. We picked the restaurant Clementine in SF. It will be fun, hehe, but i have to pay! I had dinner at 11:00pm which was yummy. Broccoli and eggs w/ground beef.
My parents went on a trip to San Diego so that's what I stayed this weekend. I miss them =) I will see them this weekend!
Oh and another note, some of my friends seem depressed right now because they dun kno if they are in the right major. I kinna felt that way too when the CS major fell through and I did bad on my econ midterm. But yeah, i think it's sophomore yr where ppl have to check and see if they really like what they are doing. It's a hard time, but I think that you shouldnt stress too much because it's your college years, and u only get them for a short time. Things will work out =)

hi peoples =)
havent updated in a very long time, hehe. so what's been going on. Today we have Light It UP for AACF LG, which was like a gospel night. It was sooo awesome seeing God workin in people's lives. A bunch of people got saved or rededicated their lives to the Lord. IT was pretty cool!!!!! God is jus so amazin, I luv Him!! So the night turned out to be very good =)
Afterwards we went to sweethearts. I couldnt bail on my boba buddy 2 weeks in a row, hehe. We went to royston where Ben drove us back to our apartment. jay, jack and rich came over to watch friends. we also made some beef stroganoff, hehe. Then we played a lot of isketch, which is a wonderful game. We sooo rule but it's because we have 4 people playin, haha. We're really fast on pickin up the word "the." It was fun.
Yesterday, I had my econ midterm. It was soooo long and I dont think i did very well at all =(. Gosh, i have like no major now. I'm not good at anything or I dun like anything. I dropped my CS61b class because I wasnt interested anymore and I didnt want to be doing cs for the rest of my life. But I know that I will find one eventually. I was happy that it was over. I had lunch with D, went to decal, came home, watched the giants game. We made some homemade hamburgers and curly fries. Rich came up to have some dinner. we went to royston, where i was totally tricked in this card game by Dave and Jon. I saw Kelly there which was cool. Then went to Dan and Jay's room, where we kept them from doing their homework.
So school's been okay. My schedule has been pretty laid back now but I need to work harder on my school work. Small groups is goin good. We are studyin Hebrews and Melanie is my small group leader. It is really good and I have been learning a lot. Heather and I have been playin IM bball for aacf. We are 1-2. I think we could have been 3-0 because the other teams werent that good. We were jus off. Jon dislocated his shoulder so he cant play anymore. We missed him during the game. He would have helped a lot.
I've been happy lately and it's been for no particular reason. I've jus been havin a positive outlook on life and I think that is awesome because I know it's God and not me =) that i've been happy lately. LIFE IS GOOD =) hehe
But I'm pretty tired rite now so I will go to bed. YAY tomorrow's friday!!!

k, so it's really late. i jus got back from eatin a chalupa from taco bell. Me and rich went to go to nations to get pie, but i changed my mind and wanted real food. On the way there, we saw that taco bell is open 24 hrs. So that means that there are 3 that i kno of that is 24 hrs: nations, jack, and taco bell. So that was a good midnite snack.
I went to the football game today and they lost AGAIN! man, it was a really good game. they were winning 14-0 and then washington state came back and took the lead. we tied it up with a nice touchdown but washington state was jus too good. They scored soo easily. Kyle Boller did really good but he made a bad interception at the end. It was an excitin game but i jus want to see them win one!
Afterwards, I went back and met some of val's friends and then made dinner. My friends came over and we went to strada for some bianca mochas =). Then went back and took the picture for Krista's bday present. We decided to go to Sweet Home Alabama cuz i REALLY wanted to see it. Man, we barely made it! We got lost and had to find where we should have been goin. but *whew* we made it there on time. the movie was soo sweet =). the alabama guy is pretty adorable. but overall, it was good. I got back at home and then i went to nations with rich. hehe see above.
Man, i have done absolutely no hw for a very long time!!!! And i need to make the time. but it's so late!!!!! so i'm goin to go to bed soon.

wow, so it's been a VERY long time since i've updated.
so what's been goin on in my life right now? hmmm, well, i went to my very first Cal football game yesterday. i bought football season tix. They lost tho =(. verrrry sad. We could have played much better than we did. can the receivers please catch the passes? i think that i could have caught some of those passes ;)
i took my first midterm of the semester on fri. ugh, i dun like school. afterwards, i went back to apt and we waited for the cable guy to come. he came and he stayed for one and half hrs! and we still didnt get cable. we were very bummed and hungry too. sorry dan and jay. we ate lunch with them at shk. we had crepes at crepes-a-go-go. jay stayed over to hang out. rich came over and got us FREE extended cable. YES, he gets mad props =) the people who lived before us suscribed and they didnt disconnect it. so we get all the channels including the FOOD network, babee =) jay took a nap cuz he said i wasnt entertainin enough =( but we ended up ordering pizza at midnite and watched american pie. ugh, i never watched that movie before, but it was pretty nasty. i dun like those kind of movies. i guess im still in my bubble *makes bubble motion* hehe.
Well, i guess there's a lot more that i've done lately, but i've got work to do. OH, i found this skirt and cardigan that i could find for FOREVER. so that makes me happy that i didnt jus lose it, cuz i thought i did.
oh well, i guess i will update more often to unwind =)

hi =)
writing before i go to sleep. my weekend was wonderful. I was supposed to go home on friday nite but i decided to stay. Connie, Jay, Dan, and me had lunch had Taiwan restaurant. It was yummy =). Then they saw my apt and chilled. It was fun. We decided to go out for dinner. Val and I showed off our "date" shirts. So we decided to dress up casual nice for dinner. We went to Blake's. It's an American food restaurant but was pretty good. I had pasta, hehe surprise. It was good. We went to visit val's friend at Unit 1 and stayed for a couple hrs. Then went back to Dan and J's apt. Then Dave and Jay took us home. Dave got to check out our apt and eat gummi bears, my welcome food =). So by then, it was 4ish. But did i go to sleep? noo, had a nice long convo with a friend on the phone =) why dun ppl use the phone anymore? it's soo good. much better than aim. i remember in high school, i'd talk on the phone almost every single day. it was fun, that's how i get to kno ppl better and it's faster than typin hehe. k, so i slept at 7:30!!!! ahhhhh. and my parents were pickin me up at 10. yes, 2 hrs of sleep, very nice =)

sat: which started back before hehe. parents picked me up. i was lightheaded cuz i was so tired. we went to macy's to look for a couch. then vung tau for lunch and got the usual. Then my dad got his hair cut. We went to Stoneridge and i bought some cool stuff from abercrombie. We went to see My Big Fat Greek's Wedding. That was pretty cute =) I went to eat Japanese food for dinner and finally....went home. it was a loong day, but fun. I jus wish i had more sleep, hehe.

sun: church, errands, tony and nanette came. we bought belts, hehe. My mom's friend came and we had a good dinner. We sang karaoke at nite, hehe. I hadnt done that in a long time. hehe, Tony was so off key.

mon (today): slept in =), lunch with mom, mall with mom, dinner with the family, and im back here. I really need to get goin on the hw now. and i have a ton of readin that i havent done yet. but it will happen eventually =) k, nite

so, school has started. for some reason, it doesnt feel like it should be here yet. My first week has been pretty good. Classes havent been too demanding yet. It's nice to have apts =). I think it's funner than dorms.
So last Sunday, I went to church with Dan and Connie. We ate at Sufficient Grounds. They have pretty good sandwiches.. Hehe, Dan actually ate one =). It was super hot. I went back to hang out at Royston. Hung out with Jay and Dave. We threw a football in the halls, and I tried to become a better poker player. Connie, Dan, Jay, Jason and me had our first cooking experience. We made spaghetti, salad, and bread. It was yummy.
Monday, school, ugh. There was a big fat potluck for AACF at royston. It was fun. There was a lot of freshman there and was sooo crowded but it was fun =)
Tuesday, my german class got cancelled because of the strike. score! hehe. ko, stacey, ant, nishan, hryer, frank and me went to zach's for pizza. We ordered 4 large pizzas. I think we were crazy cuz we didnt even finish 2 pizzas. Then we crammed LITERALLY were CRAMMED in the car to go to Cafe Strada. hehe, 7 ppl in a 5 person car. that means 5 ppl in the back and the guys werent small either. Well, after disturbing ppl who were studyin on the SECOND day, we headed over to my apt. They played with gummi bears and we talked for a bit. Then they went home =(. I miss them! They still have a month off.
Wednesday, we cooked together for the first time in the apt. We made fried rice and green beans with oyster sauce and stir-fried beef and baby bok choy. yum yum. It was good and didnt take too long which was cool.
Thursday, yay for AACF large group. It was fun. Wurster's pretty nice but kinda far from here =(. We went to get boba afterwards and then went to royston to hang. We played taboo which was really fun. I havent played that game in a long time! But we had the vibes that nite, hehe. Then tried a lil DDR at dave's apt. He has the cool arcade pads. It was fun even tho i really suck. Went to sleep at 3.
and now im tired.......hehe. but it's FRIDAY yay!!!!!!!!!!! and i have a 3 day weekend!

yay, so las vegas was waayy fun. I went with my fam and we stayed at Caesar's. I'm not 21 so i cant go gamblin. But i am legal to shop, hehe. So while my bro and dad gambled a lil, me and mom went shoppin. It was a lot of fun spendin time with her. We bought quite of stuff. I bought a cool necklace that i liked at tiffany's. We ate a lot too! First nite, we went to a good restaurant called Bertolini's. The food was delicious and it was cool talkin at the table with the family. The next nite we ate at Rio's seafood buffet. I like the wok thing they had there. So LV was funn =)

We came back on tuesday. On Wednesday, I met with some high school friends i haven't seen in a while at Fuddruckers. It was nice catchin up with them. Not fair that they dun have school until end of September. Afterwards I met with my friends from church, hehe *the core four* becuz Krista was leavin the next morn to go to Indiana. It was pretty funny becuz we were all pretty tired and didnt feel like doin much. We jus talked until midnite and ate gummi bears and vanilla coke, hehe. But thanx guys for a GREAT summer. But i'll see 2 of them since they are still close to home =).

Thursday, went to berk =) We went to calapalooza and met ppl from last yr..awww =) We saw Dan, Jay, and Jason, and found out we could get free food so we got lunch. Me, val, and Heather went to go get books. I was half blind cuz my contact was buggin. I went back to apt to fix it. I visited Royston and bought books with Jay and Jason. Then went to AACF zero large group and had boba afterwards =) then had a *chat* til 3

Friday, went home to get my pillow and a lot of other stuff, came back to berk, went to poker nite.

Today =) slept until 11, couldnt believe it was that late. I went to sf with heather and val. We ate at in-n-out and bought posters at pier 39. I bought an ichiro one to complement heather's giants poster =). It looks pretty cool like the Matrix. And i'm here now =)
School is startin on monday, ahhhhhHHH!!!!! i have to see where my classes are and how many miles i'm goin to be loggin.

hello =)
so, work is over. kinda sad =( i had a fun summer there. Yesterday ppl from my department took me out to chevy's. we took at 3 hr lunch and we ordered the works, hehe, including the ice cream baked potato. yumyum. They gave me a certificate and a cool 4 function pen. Today we had an ice cream social and I got this cool leather portfolio. It's pretty nice. But it was sad saying goodbye and all =( It was fun workin there. I didnt do any work today cuz i had nothin to do. so emailed, listened to music, talked to val on phone, and cleaned my desk *sniff*
But yesterday, we had college group. It was prolly the last time I would go to cuz I'm goin back to school. Also, last one for ppl goin away to college too. But it was nice. We talked about 1 Timothy and the verse about God not giving us a spirit of timidity but one of power and strength. It applied to us goin to our college campuses and not bein afraid of standin up for what we believe in. So, yeah, it was nice. We ended kinda late, and we wanted to hang out. But we couldnt go to a food place cuz we were already soo full. We went to Borders and just hung out and talked. It was pretty fun goin around and lookin at weird books and makin fun of them cuz we're weird like that.

I'm goin to Las Vegas tomorrow morn, veeeery early cuz we're drivin. ...and i havent packed yet. so i'm goin to go do that now. im very excited. yay for shoppin and yay for good food and yay for layin out by the pool. hehe, better not eat too much or i will horrible in my swimsuit and cant pick up hot guys *smile* jk =P

this is my last week of work, YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
got a half an hr left so i want to kill time. so let's recap the weekend.
on friday: durin work, we took a 3 hr lunch and went to benihana's. i luv that place. soooo good. after work, val came over to hang out. it was HOT and HUMID that day. went to target to get vanilla coke and hair dye. the cash register person couldn't divide 8 by 3. i think it's cuz us hot girls were there, hehe. but then again, i couldnt either and i'm goin to be a math major. trouble ahead i see, hehe. but that's ok, cuz the woman behind us thot we were still in high school!
so my mom highlighted my hair. was pretty afraid at first. but it turned out ok. i chose blonde this time cuz i wanted it to show more. it's a lil light, but i guess it's ok. me and val watched princess diaries. i luv that movie *sigh*
talked til 3am? i think. well, it was late and we actually had to wake up early cuz i said we would be meetin in berk at 10. well, we didnt leave til 10 =P. there was an accident right before the tunnel, soo scary. but we got there at 11, met with heather and meg came. we had lunch at Expresso Experience. val recommended the chicken teriyaki that was sooo good. i'm gonna have to go again. but we'll have plenty of time durin the school yr. went to the poster shop, and clothes stores. i bought a cool shirt at urban outfitters. got boba at sweethearts =) i missed it. got the 69 with no balls, the usual, haha. i will get somethin different next time. then we went to visit meg's apt which is really close, soo cool. it was a really cute place =) then went back to our apt to chill. recorded an awesome answering machine message. u got to here it =) but apt is comin together
sunday~ went to church, ate lunch with parents at daimo. We dropped my desk at the apt and set up the computer. cant wait to get DSL, hehe. We went home and crashed. We were so full from dinner. Bro came home and got some jack in the crack. they soo gipped us tho by givin us 4 tacos instead of 6. lesson learned: check what they give u after u get it. nanette came over and she worked on the video with ton. while i filtered through the contents of the stuff i dumped out of my desk drawers. a LOT of junk and old pics and stuff.
ok, 15 min left. cant wait to go home =) only 4 days of work after this.

i'm at work, listenin to 112. one of my fav songs on the Part III album is the "Still in Luv" song which i'm listenin to at this exact moment i'm writin this.
yesterday, i got the keys to the new apt. it was a lot of fun. i forgot what it looked like cuz it's been a very long time since i've seen it. i think they jus repainted it. it looks brand new. the walls are soo clean with no holes. i dun think we can put any tacks in it, i guess. but the bed that heather got was really cool. man, the window from our room is so pretty. it has such a great view of campus. on a clear day, it looks soo good. k, u jus have to see it to believe it. the rooms are pretty small, but i'm happy with them. the bathroom is soo big and the kitchen is really nice too.
i only brought my mattress, some kitchen stuff and part of my comp til i get the flat screen =) i think i'm goin to bring up the couch today. it's needs a slipcover but i have to see what the "theme" we want in the livin room, hehe. well, i dun kno if there's much of a choice =). but it's fun puttin together everythin from scratch in a new apt.

k, exactly only 6 more real days of work. and tomorrow i get to go to yummy benihana for intern lunch =) i guess i should go back to doin some form of work.

hi i'm at work STILL. haha, i came in at 12 tho and workin until 8. jus had some yummy beef chow fun. i'm basically the printer and i'm jus waitin for some papers that are bein printed.
so no one is here except me. kinda scary wen the lites turned out, hehe. but i turned on my desk lite =)
listenin to music for the first time at work today. i should have brought it a long time ago. it's very handy.
so i havent updated this in a while. hmm, so what's been new.
last friday, i had a lot of fun with friends from church. we went to berk first for dinner at pasta pomodoro. it was very good. next, we went to the beach to have a bonfire. it took us a while to get there, hehe. with our car bein the lead car, we made the cars followin us go everywhere! hehe, we almost went on the golden gate bridge. haha, it was quite an adventure. but we finally got to the beach and the boys made a nice fire. we made smores which i luuuuuv. they are so good. and it was nice bondin with the others. we played the questions game to get to kno ppl better like what is the car we want and what the license plate would be. mine is a silver clk with the plate "cal gal" =) got home around 2 which parents thot was jus a tad late. haha, we had a great adventure home. krista drove home fast ;)
saturday, i went to san jose with mom and bro. my dad had to work. we got our hair cut. hehe, big thing for me, i get mine cute like once a year. i like it tho. i want to highlight my hair tho. so i'll do that soon.
the summer is really ending soon. it's kinda sad. i like being home and workin is not really that bad. been talkin alot with erik so he keeps me entertained. i jus picked classes yesterday. it was reality check cuz i had to decide what major i want to do. i'm goin to do applied math with cs emphasis and possibly doublin in econ. this fall semester, i'm goin to be takin cs61b, econ1, stat 25, and german r5a. kinda happy about the german class. humanities is a break from techs and happy i got into a read and comp class.
so, goin to pick up keys for my new apartment tomorrow. i'm excited =). yeah, but i guess school's goin to be hard next sem and i have work really really hard. and yet i want to play too. but i'm there to study, that's my job and i need to keep that in focus. this summer has been soo fun and great. i didnt go on a big vacation this summer but things have been good. i've become good friends with ppl from church *the core 4* . so i'm goin to miss it. only 2 (includin this one) more weeks of work. then goin to las vegas for vacation with family. that should be relaxin and fun =)

it is tuesday today, and i really dun have work that has time constraints. i guess it feels nice and i should keep myself busy with other work. but kinda bored. jus took an hr and 45 min lunch.
so i have decided to catch up with my past weekend
friday~ went to see austin powers 3. we had to get there an hr ahead to get seats. good thing we did cuz we got there ahead of time, and there was still a big line. but we got good seats. the movie was hilarious, i luv'd it! mike myers is soooo funny and i dun think beyonce did that bad. went to ebar afterwards to get drinks and some food. my drink that i got was really good. it was a mango rasberry swirl. i recommend it.

sat~ got to sleep in til 1030. felt really good. went to buy stuff for apt. bought 2 sets with dishes, silverware, cups, etc. bought a trashcan and some steak knives. pretty random stuff. my bro and i decided to take parents out to dinner. we searched around places but dad really wanted to go to this chinese restaurant in lafayette called Uncle Yu's. Visited cousins before to drop off bday gift. went to dinner, food was really good, and we had a lot of fun =)

sun~ church, went to great khan in mall with ppl from church. hehe, got them to go to the mall so i could buy my comforter. it was a lot of fun eatin and talkin. altho we dun act our age, hehe. got my comforter, yay! altho i need to really find what duvet cover and pillows i want to get. we decided to hang out at nite. we played tennis and then went to starbucks. i got this thing that krista said was good. it was really good. it was a mocha frap with caramel and hazelnut add-ins. sooo good =)

today is tuesday, i'm a lil bored, but when i'm done finishin this, i will get to work =)
let's see:
last thursday~ work, went to college group. it was mrs. toqe's bday so we had cake. we watched a video on relationships. that series of relationship videos is really good and has made a lot of sense to me. well, the topic was findin the right person. The speaker said that if u want to find him, u have to "be" the right person, know the "real" person, be spirtually equal, and be a lifer. the lifer was applyin to marriage, but it was jus sayin that u should be lookin for one that lasts a lifetime. good stuff.

friday~ work, i looked at restaurants like all day. i booked using opentable.com, very cool, recommended by joyce. we went to bella trattoria italiana in sf. It was a really cute restaurant and the food was good. we ended up goin to ghiradelli square and then walked near fisherman's wharf toward pier 39. we were looking for some coffee but everythin was closed. it's a friday nite and everythin was closed, so sad. and we thought we saw a starbucks but they jacked us. it used the exact same letterin as starbucks and same green color too, but it was the Coffee zone. but that was closed too. it was fun tho goin out in the city. we should do it again sometime.

sat: went to stoneridge, then to milipitas to eat lunch at vung tau (my fav viet restaurant in the world), then went to get my dad's hair cut. i need a hair cut soon, it's gettin really long. then went to valley fair, met up with val, discussed things we needed for apt., bought a candle at bombay for my cuz, bought a cute shirt at A|X that she gave me permission to buy, some MAC stuff, and got somethin from gap *hehe* val knows what i got from there. there was this cute hoodie that i wanted but didnt have my size but......

sun: went to church, missed sunday school so only went to service, came home, had lunch with my mom, we went shoppin at broadway. found that cool hoodie in my size, there was like one left!!! my mom bought this puffy white jacket jus for warmth. val, it was that one with the pink inside! my mom went on shoppin spree. haha, well, i'm exaggerating, but she actually bought more than me for once. but that's cool =). bought a cute shirt from BR that i'm wearin as we speak =P.

monday~ was chill day, hehe. ate a really good dinner that mom made, it was delicious! went online to try to dl this program i needed, dled the wrong one, but ended up gettin the right one at nite. worked out, watched parts of dog eat dog and meet my folks. the meet my folks was kinda fake but it was interesting.

so goin back to last weekend,

friday: i went to berk after dinner to go kevin's place for poker nite. it was fun seeing berkeley ppl cuz i havent been to berk or seen them in a while. me and joyce were given rich's extra money he made and we lost it all, babee. YEAH! that's how I play, haha. only stayed a couple of hrs cuz i had to wake up early in the morning.

saturday: i woke up at 715am, yes, that's not a typo. soo early in the morn becuz i was goin to santa cruz, yay!! we met at the church. tony was late, hehe. i was in keith's car with alex and anthony. we went to aptos beach first but it was too crowded. so we went to manreesa beach, near where we had senior retreat. ant is soo crazy, he told ppl it was from minnesota and it was his first time seein the ocean! haha and a person actually shook his hand congratulating him. it was hilarious. some ppl went in the water, i put my foot in and it was sooo cold it stung. guys wanted to go boogie boardin but were afraid of jelly fish. some girls went in tho. we played a good game of volleyball. other team accused us of cheatin. i took a big ol nap on the beach. then we went to the boardwalk. didnt want to ride rides cuz we werent stayin too long. we went on a search for henna necklaces for the guys. i got a anklet/bracelet for me. guys didnt end up gettin any. went to wharf to eat dinner, i had fish and chips. we met this other Christian group on the stage. they were singing worship songs, so we went to watch them. we ate dinner while talkin to them. they were doin outreach in cali, so i thought that was cool. we took the scenic route home and me and ant think keith took us on every freeway in the bay area, hehe. took us 2 hrs to get home! but the day was a lot of fun =)

sunday: went to church, ate lunch at home, got my parent trap dvd in the mail =) that movie is soo cute. watched it with mom. tony and nanette came home, had dinner, went to coldstone and they put in the vanilla bean rite wen i get my ice cream AGAIN! watched a Walk to Remember again.

monday: i went to bed really early, earliest all summer at 10:30

tuesday: went mini golfin at scandia with krista, ant, and keith. it was windy there. it was fun tho. the girls did better than the boys, hehe =P i got a hole in one and made some amazin putts that shocked me! i got lucky =)

wednesday: mom made really good dinner, played foosball with tony and dad, me and tony won, ran and watched the mole which i taped, shower, watched hart's war which i feel asleep in. too tired, hehe. i'm not big on war movies that much, it's so depressin.

so i tryin to kill time. i've got an hr and 15 min left.
so let's see if i can remember what i've done the last couple days
tues: me, ant, krista, keith, and adam were goin to visit Valley Bible's college group and we drove all the way to hercules to find that they werent havin it this week. we drove back to adam's house for ant to pick up his car. went to coldstone, then after much deliberation, rented A Walk to Remember and watched it my house. such a sad movie, made me cry, but it was good. next time, we'll watch an action movie for the guys.

wed: after work, went with fam to oakland, bought my cool new motorola v60 fone at an azn shop. great deal =) afterwards, went to a cambodian restaurant that my dad read a review on. i think it was the first time that i ate at a cambodian restaurant. it was really good tho. it wasnt as spicy as thai food, but was similar to it. went home, played bball with my bro. i lost like usual, haha. but it was fun. hope to play intermurals next sem.

thurs: after work, ate dinner, went to college group and hung out. we had a lot of ppl at college group which is great =)

today: work is extremely slo today and i'm kinda bored. i should be readin up on things, but it's friday. i met this intern at bofa and his name is cliff. he goes to cal and is my yr, so it was cool talkin to him. i went to an intern meeting for 2 hrs. pretty long, guest speaker came which was interestin, and discussed social and community service events.

fri: went to work which was really boring since no one was there, went home an hr early. went shoppin with my mom, cousin, and aunt, came home and ate dinner with cousins and some other ppl. then i crashed hard on the couch for a short nap that lasted 2 hours! was tired, so went to bed early.

sat: cousins were goin home, went to san jose to eat at my fav viet restaurant, went to get my bro's haircut, went to valley fair. i luv that mall, wish it wasnt that far away. It has all the shops u can want tho. I bought this killa black tank. I dun kno when i can wear it tho, but i really had to get it! went home, ate din, starbucks, watched orange county which was pretty ok.

sun: church, service was good, sermon was "act like a Christian". 4 main things which our Christian walk should be characterized by are goodness, kindness, faithfulness, and joy. Others should really be able to see those qualities in a Christian's life. yeah, so that made me think =). came home, ate lunch, really wanted to buy my new v60 cell, but good guys gave a really shady deal. I was sad. I hate it when ur really set on doin somethin, and then u cant do it. It's like goin into a mall, knowin u want to buy somethin, yet u cant find anythin to buy. frustratin! I'll prolly get my cell sometime this week, either at an azn fone shop or amazon. dad bbq'd good tri-tip for dinner, rented serendipity and watched it. that movie is way cute and i must go to get the frozen hot choco at the restaurant wen i finally get to go to NY

today =): work, really hard to get up =P, i was bored even tho i had stuff to do which is not good, Erik was experiencin the same exact thing, hehe. we got bored earlier than usual. after work, met ant for dinner, ate at grain d'or, he said i ate like a girl and i told him i was one, i was wantin to buy a new down comforter but it wasnt on sale anymore =(. We asked the woman and she said it would be on sale in a couple of weeks so i guess it's a sign (hehe, like from serendipity) that i should save my money and buy it later. went home, needed to workout, shot hoops with my bro. it was really fun! i miss bball since hs. my goal is to eat less cuz i've been eatin a lot lately and exercise since i havent done that in a while. i want to tone up =). even tho i can never get abs, i guess i should try =P but trimmin down on the eatin if i could fight the urge, hehe, which is unlikely cuz if u kno me, i luv to eat =) k, caught up, yay

so for 4th of july
i slept in, it felt goood =) first time in a looong time! I went shoppin with my cousin, bought 3 shirts =) 2 from macy's and 1 from br. Macy's was havin a wonderful sale, they had 40% additionals. I'm goin to go shoppin more this weekend. We went to pasta pomodoro to eat lunch. My dad, bro and other cousin came bak from fishin, so we went home. My dad caught a nice halibut. I watched Return to Me, if u havent seen that, you should. I saw it for the 3rd time. It's soo cute and sweet, that's how first luv should be and also how we should treasure luv. Tons of family came over, had a great bbq with yum yum food. Watched the fireworks from my house, they werent that great this yr. Went to see MIB2 afterwards (which was not that good) It had this great cartoon in front that was really funny. I jus want to see that lil clip again. Then went home and slept for only a few hrs and now i'm at work =(.

i joined an email group with ppl from cal. I only kno some of the ppl but it's entertainin to read the emails. It keeps me awake at work. Sometimes, it distracts, hehe. But it stops me from lookin at webpages which i shouldnt be doin. At least with email, it looks like i'm readin or somethin. Well, I finished cleanin my room. When guests come over, u always have to clean ur room. My cousins are comin over tomorrow and stayin til sat or sun i think. I cant wait til tomorrow is done cuz i'll have thursday off, the 4th of july! I have to work on friday tho, that sux. Today we had a very yummy dinner. We had filet mignon (hehe, ant, how do u pronounce that??) , baked potato, and salad. I was surprised we were havin that on weekdays cuz when we cook that type of dinner, we have it on weekends. But it was really good. I had a good lunch too. We went to El Faro, which has the best authentic burritos. I've been eatin out alot lately, not good =(.
I've been takin naps the past 2 days after work for an hr or so. I think that's bad cuz then my whole day is shot. But they feel good =). Our cd burner is workin. I've been copyin some of my bro's cds. He has this one mix cd that's really good. But the burner on my comp from college is too old, we need to get a new one. So i cant burn mp3s on cds, so sad. k, goin to bed soon. After tom, one day off, yay!!

hello,
i'm sittin here eatin cookies and cream ice cream =P. AND i'm sunburnt a LOT! I'm sunburnt on my knees, my shoulders and a lil on my face. I went boatin with keith, ant, krista, alex and his friend. It was tons of fun. We went to lake berryessa and the weather was perfect. We went intertubin first. You could double up and i went with krista. The tube was humungous and my arms are abnormally short (they are, i've measured them before) so that's not a good combo. You had to stretch them out wide so it felt like my shoulder was goin to come out of its socket. It hurt, but it was fun =). Krista went waterskiin and she's real good. I didnt try it. I did try kneeboardin however. I tried like 5 times and in the end, could only stay up for 5 seconds. It hurt my knees and the foam did bruise my knees (it's possible keith). It was a super fun day tho.
On friday, i went to my bro's bday dinner with his friends. It was at claim jumper. His gf put it on and we had a table of 21. It was SOO stupid tho cuz we had to wait for 2 hrs. She came in at 4 tellin them we would have a big party and what time. And we came at 715 tellin them we needed a table. They knew we were comin. But they said that we would get it at 830. So we said fine, but then the stupid table ahead of us was done eatin but wouldnt leave cuz they were still talkin. We complained to the manager a lot of times. He was pretty nice. We were still annoyed tho. But he ended up givin us free appetizers and desserts. They gave us soo much desserts cuz i asked for it and they said yeah. We had these humungous eclairs. They were yummy but i luv their mud pie. Man, there was soo much drinkin goin on. I dont really hang out with my bro's friends that much. But it was my bro's 21st bday so he had some drinks. My cousin was makin me have one. I said no. But i ended up drinkin a strawberry daquiri. That's good cuz its like a smoothie. But drinkin is bad and alcohol is yucky. I dont see whats the point wastin money on that. But it's tru, ppl are really funny when they are drunk. But no, drinkin is not for me. so guys, advice to u, wear lots of sunscreen and dont drink. =) have a nice day. there's my public service announcement for the day =P

hi y'all,
only an hr til i get to go home. well, yesterday was relaxin, ate dinner, went to walmart, went running, attempted to clean my room (which i'll need to do today). Today, 2 of my co-workers took me and the other new intern to lunch. We went to T.R. Grill. They have pretty good food. I had a club sandwich, yum =P. The other new intern's named Erik. He's pretty nice ;). At least there is someone my age! So, work has not been that much of a drag today. I did some stats before but now, i dont really have anythin to do. Since my boss is gone for the week, she left me some stuff to do, but i finished most of it. I'm just waitin for responses from some ppl to finish this matrix i'm workin on (hehe matrix like math 54).
I've been e-mailin my future roommates to see what we should bring to the apt. That makes me excited. =) We are goin to ROCK the Berk next yr! haha, and maybe v will hook me up with one of her many cute guy friends, preferably eecs, hehe, jk! It's goin to be fun tho =P. Well, i should go find somethin to do here at work, i dont want to get paid for doin nothin, right ;)?

I think at about 3:30ish, i hit a wall and start surfing web pages and then come write in this blog =P. Soo, I'm goin on this movie craze thing where i want to watch a LOT of movies this summer. I've watched like 11 or somethin already. I list the ones i've seen this summer in my subprof. I watched The Majestic dvd yesterday and it wasn't good at all. It was sooo slo and i fell asleep, which prolly accounted for why i didn't kno what the heck was goin on. I still want to see some big movies this summer. I have to see gladiator cuz i have it =P and braveheart which keith has so that should be easy to watch too. And i really want to see moulin rouge cuz i luv all the songs, i should get the soundtrack. Altho, I dled prolly all the good ones tho so once my stupid burner works, i can burn them.
I've been lookin at cameras lately. Went to a camera store and found one i really liked. It's the minolta freedom zoom 130. My old camera really sux and is about to fall apart cuz i dropped it on the floor so many times and it has no zoom. So i was tryin out the ones in the store and they all seemed soo much better than mine cuz they had zoom! I think i'm goin to buy that tho, cuz it comes with free processin of 7 rolls of film from wolf camera. They develop them so nice so it's worth it.
It's finally warm outside, yay!! Maybe i can swim tonite. I've bought all these summer clothes and haven't been able to really wear them cuz it was so cold. On the first day of summer, i had to pull out of my closet a winter sweater cuz it was freezin that day. k, only one more hr!!

I'm here at work. It is monday but i guess not too bad becuz i had an orientation today. It was supposed to be the first day i worked but they rescheduled it for 2 weeks later cuz they didnt have enough ppl to be there. I learned there how Bank of America originated and how we should treat customers and other things. A big motto for the company is make the bank work for customers and clients in ways it never has before. ooh, hehe, they said it like a million times. Bank of America is the BEST bank tho. So u should bank there. k, there's my plug for the day. So, it was weird goin to orientation after u are already used to the job =P. But it wasted half of the day and i got paid, hehe.

My weekend was wonderful. Told u about friday already =). Saturday was fun. Basically, my parents scheduled the day and i just followed along. Well, my bro was gone to LV so it was up to me to go with them =P. But it turned out to be fun. We went to SF to eat lunch with my grandma. I haven't seen her in a while so it was nice. While my mom and her went grocery shoppin (a must in asian towns, hehe), i went to a stationary store to find straws. Straws, u may ask?? Of course to make flowers, hehe. I was taught by this girl to make them at cal. I bought the straws and saw they had instructions, but while i was in the car, i forgot how to make them even with instructions. I thought to myself, k, that was a waste of money since i forgot how to make them. I would have to wait for val to teach me again, but i later picked apart the one that i made at cal and figured it out =). Now I'm makin flowers, it's fun. We went to my mom's friend's house cuz we were invited for dinner. We decided to go shoppin at stonetown. I bought 2 tanks from AF and some shoes from copelands. My mom kinda forced me to get shoes, hehe. There was this deal where u had to buy 2 pairs for shoes from copelands. So i had to buy a pair. I bought some skater type shoes even tho i'm not really a skater. They are cute and i guess comfortable to walk to class at berk in. U really need comfy shoes to walk around campus! So, we went back to the house and had dinner. They have such an awesome house. My mom's friend is really good at interior decoratin and they just redid their kitchen. It's really nice. They are tryin to get a theater room so my dad's tryin to help them buy a projector. Once they do that and redo the bottom, the house is goin to be even nicer. I don't like the kind of houses in SF cuz they seem so small, but they are cool if they are decorated nice and usually they are in SF. I guess how u decorate is really important to makin a house look good! After dinner which was goooood, my mom's friend is good at facials, so they gave me and my mom one. It was soo relaxin and reminded me when i got one in thailand. Then we had ice cream and went home. fun fun tho =)

I've been gettin noooo sleep tho on the weekends. Since i have to get up at 645 each day for work, i look forward to sleepin in weekends, but that hasn't happened yet. Woke up early on sat. and then on sun for church. Church was good yesterday. Our college group leader spoke in big church and he was really good. He's a funny guy, hehe. But his sermon was really good and i think i could really apply it to my life. He said that when u dont focus your eyes on Jesus Christ, u focus them somewhere where they shouldnt be. He used the story of David and Bathsheba and how David did things that he shouldnt have done like remaining in Jerusalem when there was a war goin on in the beginnin. All the little decisions added up. That sermon make me think there are some mistakes that I now realize that i made. My focus was not on Jesus, so they were on something else that they shouldnt have been. As a result, I look back and think i should have done things differently and could have done things in the beginnin right if i had focused my eyes on where they should have been, on Him. Need to focus on the right things, and the other stuff will follow. Wow, got on a big shpiel. hehe...and i'm at work. uh oh =P. k, loooong post, wake up before u drool on urself.

Hello again! It is sunday today, the last part of the weekend. Soo, i was gonna update yesterday but my stupid aol didnt let webpages load. Aol is really bad, let me tell you, yet i still have it. I don't kno why. Well, on friday, i was goin to go to berk but that got scrapped. Instead, i went to see the movie Minority Report with my good friend Herbert. Haven't seen him in a while so it was nice catching up with him while we were waitin an hour in line just to in the theater. He hasn't changed THAT much, hehe. He's still the same sweet guy. We talked about our first yr in college. Kinda weird cuz u go to school with the same ppl for 4 yrs in high school and even some from preschool so that's like 13 yrs and then u don't go to school with them anymore. But he's doin good, so that's good. couldn't believe it was that crowded cuz we saw it late. But i guess because it was openin. I thought it was real good. So that was friday. I'll talk about my fun day saturday next post. Gotta go eat dinner.

Hi! Today marks the first entry in my blog =). I'm bored at work so i decided to do this, hehe. It's Friday today and that makes me happy! Basically, on Fridays here, nobody shows up or that's what it seems like. They must be on vacation or something. After today, I will have worked 2 weeks here. The job's pretty good and laidback. I just work on MS Excel most of the time and I'm goin to be usin powerpoint soon. I really don't care if ur bored readin my blog, hehe. At least I have internet and e-mail =).

I went to house of prime rib yesterday. It was really crowded. I was surprised becuz it was a thursday. But we were there to celebrate my bro's bday. He turned the big 21. Afterwards, he left to go to LV, sooo crazy, drivin through the nite. But i guess we are still young, so mine as well do it while you still can =). It was a lot of fun tho.

Ok, i guess it's time to do some more work. Only an hour and a half left before play time =P.
